Microprocessor System of Initiation
DownloadApplication
Provides for remote initiation of a perforating system and recording of well parameters before, during and after the initiation. Allows to perform selective perforation in one run.

| Release pressure, MPa¹ | 1 | |
| Minimum hydrostatic operating pressure, MPa | 1 | |
| Computer communication protocol | USB | |
| MPSI resource | 10 runs** | |
| Minimum time delay of initiation, min. | 0 | |
| Maximum time delay of initiation, days | 3 | |
| Compatible electric detonator type | ED-PN, EDPN-M, PVPD-N* | |
| Maximum allowable axial load on the MPSI, t. | 20 | |
| Maximum permissible hydrostatic operating pressure, MPa | 100 | |
Advantages:
- separate initiation of two (or more) devices running simultaneously reduces the number of runs;
- the possibility to set an individual initiation delay for each MPSI head reduces the shock effect on the casing string;
- reduction of the cost of one hole due to the use of tubing pipes as passage sections instead of perforators with a detonating cord;
- reliability of operations under varying pressure and in all types of wells, including wells with complex profiles;
- no additional security measures required, except for the restrictions on the explosives used.
